THE ADVENTURES

We like to think that our adventures stand head and shoulders above the competitionEach adventure is totally bespoke and customised in every detail for every would-be adventurerYou can choose from one of the standard selection.   You can customise a standard tour and add your special extras,  or specify your dream adventure from scratch. 

All adventures come with any equipment you might require.  There are no extra costs involved. All park entrance fees are included and some smaller tours are included.

All tour come fully catered, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with a few snacks thrown inAll cooking supplies will be purchased just prior to departure to ensure your dietary needs are metCamping facilities are totally equipped, you don’t need to bring anything apart from some clothing, footwear, toiletries and personal toysThe camper is fully equipped with cooking, ablutions, hot and cold running waterEnough water for a family of 4 to be totally off grid for 3-4 daysThe van runs off gas and solar and has plenty of battery life for extended off grid life. I have my own camp setup so as to not impinge upon you unless I am required.   

There are three types of adventures  

Fully Escorted

I do the driving and camp setup and pulldown, Meal prep and cleanup. Leading small day expedition away from camp. Teaching aspect of Australian bushlife. Tutoring four wheel drive and towing techniques.  I can take the kids on excursions to give you some private timeI can even help with school work if requiredI will be your personal man Friday.  I can be involved in your activities or fade quietly away into the background.

Self Drive

You take the rig and go wherever you pleaseTo ensure you get the best experience I will accompany you for the first day or so to iron out any difficulties with operating the equipment.  I can also offer some tuition on driving and parking the rig.

2 – 5 Person $6,000

Tag Along

If you are a little inexperienced you might want to try this optionYou basically tag along with another group I am leadingI can supply advice in all areas of camping, mechanics, tourist information, etc.  All of my mechanical, electrical and general vehicle knowledge would be on callAlso, in the event of an incident or accident I can assist with first responder assistance (first aid), communications, Recovery equipment and physical assistanceAnd just the peace of mind that you are on the right road and operating safely with backup if required. 

2 – 5 Person $1,500

All tours will include some wild camping, totally off grid, and some time in caravan parksYou can choose the amount time you wish to spend totally off grid, however access to some national parks require that you stay in proper park facilities. 

Most tours are planned to run for 14 daysThree weeks is recommended for tours into the KimberlyYou can specify a time period of greater than two weeks if you want to do multiple activitiesI will work with you to make the best use of your precious vacation time. 

The main tours are described to give you a flavour of what to expectA full itinerary will be made available once we have consulted and made final arrangements.
